I think this just might be the beginning. I know a few other guys that have the same basic set up that are starting to make the final tweeks and I bet one of these days we'll have a few more guys in the 10's. The mid and low 11's are getting to be like the 12's about a year ago. I guess the old saying is true, "If you can't run with the big dogs, get back on the porch". One thing will never change though---"going fast costs money so just how fast do you wanna go?????" LOL
Jay

I'm still waiting for one of them to pull the box off, lol. There's not much left on those trucks when all 3 are in the 3900lb range, pulling the box off would get one under 3500lbs,and still fall with-in their idea of a stock bottem end,lol

The game is way too expensive for me anymore---but it's fun to watch other people spend their money.

Times are changing Rick, and I think we're getting left behind. You ever notice all the "young kids" have all these great new ideas, then come to find out we were doing the same thing many many years ago------LOL

What makes you ask that, LOL. But yes 2nd yellow light is foot off the brake and WOT, usually cut a good reaction time doing this. Of course I stage as shallow as possible. Found out my inlet air temperature was 180* at big end, I am about to install a water/air intercooler.

Watch "Big tire Mustang VS Ram 1500 Quarter mile." on YouTube

Now that would of been a good race, lol.Looks like it took him till well past the 1,000ft mark before he even started to gain on you. Jay and i were just razzing ya,i kind of figured they might of switched the tree from a Sportsman tree to a Pro tree on you,lol

I went to the local track this week because I had a day off for quebec holiday. there was loads of people and we spent all afternoon there, it was great!
got in a few runs with my buddy. I am #675 21 crew cab warlock 4x4 hemi 392 gears full weight (passenger and coolers with beer)

he is #850 19 f150 5l 10speed crew cab 4x4, about the same passenger and cargo

it was really close, I thought I would get gapped harder but my front bumper was about equal with his rear bumper when finishing on the best runs.
damn fords lol

Looks like a set of drag radials are in your future, sooner then later, lol. It hooked not bad on the 13.9 pass, the other 2 passes looks like it was leaving some tire smoke behind, lol.Good runs though, especially the 13.9 run, that's pretty decent for the mods you have. You should hit the 12's easily with more tire and a 100 shot.

Got deeper into the 13s with the tune, but now I understand what you meant about the tires. I ran faster, but spun for what felt like the first 100 feet. I want to grab a driveshaft first though. I'm 511
