I pulled mine off after I leveled the truck and it was the best decision I made. The truck looks higher and more aggressive I think

They are actually just the stock LED tails that came on the truck. I just put the GTS tail light covers on them. I like the look. Definitely gives them a different look. I'll try to find a closer pic
