I've been told that 1500 models 2019-2021 have 4th gen radio that doesn't support monthly vehicle health reports. What has FCA done for you to offset this design shortcoming?

I have a 2021 ucx in my truck and when I had guardian I got reports .

U Connect case manager. Sirius XM Guardian defers to U Connect. I've been told only 5th gen radios in Pacifica and maybe the Avenger have support for monthly health reports? So FCA is offering future oil changes in exchange for my new vehicle not being able to support. Is this all bs from case manager?

Today I'm unable to locate monthly health report...yesterday I found language mentioning monthly alert but again not today
