My father in law has a 2016 big horn 4x4, the 4wd selector isn't lighting up at all. The little orange lights will not light up in 2wd, 4wd Auto, 4wd lock, or 4wd low. Anyone had these problems before?

Do those systems actually engage when selected? If yes, maybe check fuses. If no, you may want to head to service dept.

Never had the issue before myself, but just off the top of my head... I would assume the truck drives..

While safely just moving slowly forward, press the 4WD LOCK button. The 4wd indicator in the dash (not just the little LED's) should light up. If it is like my 2016, you may not feel like there is a big difference but the dash indicates when the truck is in 4WD. If it shows that it goes in and out of 4WD there is a sure fire way to feel if the transfer case is locking...without hurting anything..

When running, shift it to neutral, then press the 4wd LO button. You should hear and feel it engage 4LO. Shift in drive and pull forward and.... you will definitely feel that it is in 4LO. Back to neutral, and press the 2WD button to take it out of 4WD. The truck should now be in 2WD again.

If everything works, and just the LED's are out, there are people out there that will repair them, but that normally means you send them your switch.. If things don't work, then the diagnostic process is bigger and nothing that I have any experience with..
