5.9 magnum heads crack

Mine has that typical between the valve cracks. Does this actually cause problems? I didn't notice any evidence of a cracked head while running.
I just took the motor apart to rebuild and found it.

every Magnum I ever had apart had cracks between the valve seats.
None of them ever did anything.
