Mine randomly pauses in my 2016 Laramie Ecodiesel. No reason for it, don't know how to stop it. Anyone else have this issue?

Ever since I let my Sirius trial subscription lapse, mind randomly freezes after starting my truck. It stays on whatever radio station it’s on and maintains the volume level but I can’t adjust or change anything bc none of the buttons work on the unit or the steering wheel. Then it resets itself after 20 - 60 seconds. It hasn’t done it more than 3 consecutive times and has worked fine each time after the 1st or 2nd reset. It’s been doing this for about a month. Anyone else experiencing this crap?

Mine pauses like I hit the button. Only when using an SD Card or Bluetooth Media. I'm not sure about the XM because I refuse to pay money to listen to the radio

You could try pulling the radio fuse for a while to see if letting it do a full on power drain clears it up. I had to do that once when I had my 8.4 and it never did it again after that. On my truck the radio fuse isn't in the fuse box, but on a little extra harness under the hood by the battery.

Mine has done it while using Bluetooth as well...
