I’m looking for some help. I have a 2017 3500SRW. I recently picked up a 8.4 UAQ radio. CarPlay works fine but every time I start the truck, I get a “device not supported” even though there’s nothing plugged into the media hub or nothing paired via Bluetooth. But CarPlay works fine when I plug my phone in. Any insight? Seems like a common problem, but no definitive solution.
I also have an issue with my vented/heated seats. The factory buttons on the dash control the functions fine but the symbols on the radio are grayed out and can’t enable them. Any insight on this issue?
