8.4 Uconnect

I need help. I’ve just upgraded to the 8.4 inch Uconnect and my 2020 RAM 1500 classic tradesmen I have everything I need. I’m just waiting on the back of camera harness, but for some reason, the manual buttons on my basil are not working, except for the hazard lights. Not exactly sure what’s going on and yes, I did program it and nothing worked as far as the Bezel itself. Is the part too old for my particular year?

Need a couple more things. First, what is the part number of your radio? Then, what did your original bezel look like, need a picture. Where did you buy your harness for the radio and are you sure it is correct one?

Thanks for the reply sir. If I’m not mistaken it’s a RA4 #68428539AC I got the harness from Amazon for a 13-18 Ram Uconnect 7-speed and I’m about 85% sure I do have a extra one just in case. The picture below was the original, but with a smaller 2.5 inch screen. i’m currently waiting on the back up camera harness from infotainment.
