8 speed tranny fluid change interval 1500 Pentastar

Probably an old subject; but I'd like opinions on how often to change the tranny fluid. The maintenance schedule in my owner's manual does not even mention a tranny fluid change for the 8-speed (says 60K miles for the 6 speed), just transfer case at 150K miles.

ZF reconmends a service between 50,000 miles and 80,000 miles or every 8 years.
