Just built my next truck *again* and noticed today for the first time that not only is the $1500 Holiday Rebate removed from the equation but so is the $8500 rebate that's been on all the 2014 models for the past several months... The $10,000 you would have saved earlier this week, ****!! Gone... Interdasting

$8500 is the end of year clearance bonus, very typical.

Usually started a few months before the new year, then is gone after dec. 31st

$1500 is the holiday bonus, started in December and lasts until the new year.

Thats the only time I will buy a new truck, end of year bonuses :)

When I ordered my current truck in May of 2010, they had the $8500 off too... looks like I'll wait a bit before ordering... or simply wait until June and get a 2015... ******** though... just leave it on! lol

Oh, and I would have considered ordering in December but interest rates were 5.99%.... RIDICULOUS! Got 1.9% on my current...

It was all over the website, in bold letters, right under the offer. When I want to take advantage of something like this, I make sure I know when it starts and when it ends :)
Just close to Christmas, they added an additional $1500 on top of the $8500. It was a sweet deal, I also got Chrysler preferred customer through my work, all the above were applied against the factory invoice price, not msrp.

I didn't read anything in big bold letters... I simply went to Build and Price... and also talked to my dealer face to face a couple times in December... plenty of $10,000 off stickers on trucks... not a big deal... I wasn't ordering until next month anyway... another few months won't matter... because if there's no rebate on a 2014 between now and June, I'll opt for the 2015...

lol yeah they'd have to match that or 2015 model it is... although I can't find any information to say there's any changes at all for that model year... still though, one year newer I suppose...

Not sure if this could be an option for you... I have setup a "fleet option" with our local dealer (no middle man aka lease company) were buying around 8-10 Rams this year 2014 and if you can skip the sales guys and go "upstairs" and talk to a fleet manager that is if you local dealership has one, right off the start Chrysler drops $10,000 off the MSRP and then the dealer dropped $5,000. I didn't have to push any buttons or pull any stings. I'll post the invoice price when I get to work on monday for you but I spec'ed a 2014 3500 diesel Laramie MSRP was $79,055.00 and with the fleet option brought it down to $64,449.00

If I could factory order a 14 for 10000 off invoice, I'd be buying a new truck right about now.

The 2014's still have $8500 off MSRP but I'm waiting to see the interest rate on February 2nd... it's currently at 4.29%... waiting for it to go lower as it usually does around springtime...

Could you not go somewhere else for a loan??? My interest rate was only 0.9%....

one of the big discounts you get is for financing through chrysler, the way to do it though it to finance it through Chrysler for the discount then to turn around and refinance it through the bank. But i agree with sausec, 4.29 is real high.

It may work different in Canada... my current truck, the interest rate is 2% and that was with $8500 off MSRP as well...

Well I went to the dealership today looking to buy a truck and they were only doing 4000 off, apparently a bunch of the incentives being listed in the 8500 (7700 on the us site) are expired.

I think the $8500 is pretty standard rebate in Canada to get our price closer to US pricing...and there's still quite a gap. New Rebates are released today sometime I've read so that's probably why they took it off the site temporarily.
