I have a 2015 and my A/C sporadically works. I tried to find the Relay and it doesn't have it in the fuse box, just a 10A fuse.

I know it has to have a relay. Does anyone know where it's located?

Hemi 395 found this gem if you want to fix the TIPM or check it so make sure this would be the issue.

I definitely think it's the relay, it was blowing cold and everything looked good under the hood. The A/C got warm so I looked under the hood and the compressor clutch was no longer spinning. It randomly goes on and off, I just can't find the dang relay. I can't be the only one with this issue and really don't want to take it to the shop for a freaking relay.

Just throwing this out there, but the trucks with the new Freon are famous for leaking at the accumulator O-ring. Wonder if you might be down on freon

I found 4 gen only to find out the changed it for 2013 but this may work. It looks like they included extra fuses that would be if you had a cummins or eco diesel.

yeah that looks like it's it, good luck brother. mind you you don't have some of those fuses but the ones you do have should match the label.

ac clutch fuse 62.

AT least now you can test it, or bypass it to see if it works. You can bypass to something like cig lighter. You got that OP?

Thanks, Burla.

Yes the clutch is 62 but that's just a 10 amp fuse not a relay. I wonder where that additional fuse block is.... It has HVAC but that looks like a fuse too.
If it was intermittent it shouldn't be a fuse I wouldn't think.
I just don't get how every other vehicle I have looked at except this one has a relay with the rest of the fuses.

I have check the level because I don't have a gauge but when the compressor kicks on it instantly gets cold like it should.

If memory serves me correctly, these AC systems have both a low pressure control but also a high side pressure sensor. Both of these can trigger the compressor to turn off. Without knowing if one of them is causing the issue, the relay is just a guess.
You said the AC get cold immediately when turning on? Is the fan on high? Is the condenser and space between the radiator also clean? Does the HVAC system have the cabin filter?

I'm not sure if the fan is on high or low.... I have stood there for a long time waiting for it to turn on but it hasn't when I have had to hood up. It's either on or off. When I am driving sometimes it's on the while time sometimes off the whole time and sometimes it will go off and on.

Its very clean no debris or dirt

I don't have a cabin filter (which surprised me)

I was inquiring about the fan inside the truck, it should be on high and keep the windows down.
Usually the condenser fans turns on low any time the AC is running. Your sorta running blind without knowing at least the low side pressure, both would be better. I think you can use AlfaOBD to see if the fan and/or compressor is commanded on.
It wasn't till almost the '17 model year that trucks had the cabin air filter installed from the factory. Sometime during the '16 model year the filter door was being installed but no filter (yes a bunch of people went WTF?)
