Hi, I have a 2014 Ram with the hemi. A few days ago the abs, brake, and traction control all came on the dash. I could only pull one code C2200-49 (which is abs module internal electronic failure).

So, do I need a new abs module? Does anyone have any ideas, comments, or fixes with this sort of issue? I would like to diy if it is possible.

It could be corrosion of the wires that go to the module, try checking and cleaning those up and then clear the code and see if it comes back. If yes you need to replace the part. Contact @AllMoparParts.com for the part if needed. Good luck.

I had the same issue. I wound up replacing the ABS Control Module Computer and that fixed it. I used AlfaOBD to program the computer to my Body Control Unit.

I had the same issue as stated above, I changed the sensors on all four wheels, the ABS module, calibrated with the TopDon programmer...still the problem is still there...any suggestions?

Interesting...........
My 2014 just started doing this, but with a twist. Cool or cold outdoor temps or just first thing in the morning, all is well. Leaving work in the afternoon, or when outdoor temps get to about "kinda warm", I get that warning after moving the truck about 20 feet. No codes tho.

I had the same and it was a simple brake switch that was starting to act flaky. 10 min swap. It was intermittent ....I watched through the scanner and after about 20 brake pushes I had about 2 intermittents. Not saying that's your trk's problem, but worth a look-see....

I'm having the same issue as OP. Some details I've noticed:
- Initially, the lights came on intermittently and at a random point while driving.
- Eventually started coming on every time I accelerated through ~8-10mph pulling out of driveway. At this point I could get the lights to clear by driving for a while and restarting engine at a stoplight.
- Eventually, lights came on at startup and stayed on, but if engine was warm and not first startup of the day, they'd come on at 8-10mph like above. Now unable to clear lights with engine restart.

Took it to my mechanic about 8mo ago. It gave him the C2200-49 code for ABS Module (which is still out of stock indefinitely.....great)

A couple questions:
1. Does that code definitely point to the electronic ABS Module itself? or could this code also point to the HCU?
2. Is there any significance to the lights coming on right around 8-10mph? Could it be a wheel speed sensor or is that a different code?

You basically described what I went through exactly before I replaced the ABS module. Mine took about a year from "comes on occassionally after driving for a bit" to staying on no matter what. Wheel speed sensors should be a different code

There was a post somewhere on here that someone had recently gotten an actual new module, I went the ebay/AlfaOBD route for mine
