OK, I had the AC TSB done on 19 Jun 2021. It appears the AC is working better and I am getting vent temps 47-49 degrees. I had one issue though:

Pic 1: Pic of My Uconnect Control Screen ref the "Remote Button U said musta been reset". OK, but that screen does not have ne thing to do with AC/HEAT on when U leave the Auto Controls set to what U like when turned on. THAT button only applies to Heated Steering Wheel/Heated Seats. Nothing to do on anything else. ADDED: Mechanic tried to blow smoke and said well, it is not working because remote was not checked in evic for Heated Seats. Now I am not that silly.

Pic 2: Truck started remotely, notice display in EVIC Remote Start Activated

Pic 3: AC/Auto Button: Notice Nothing on when U remote start tho I left all on when turned off. This system as U know supposed to come on where U left it when U turn truck off so when U remote start, it sets truck environment that U like.

Pic 4: OK, I pushed the start/stop button now EVIC shows truck running, not in remote mode.

Pic 5: Notice now the Auto Controls are now lit up ref pic 4. That used to work prior to the AC TSB Hack.

NE BODY got any ideas? Maybe something in BCM not enabled???

I can tell you, for sure, that my 2019 runs up the A/C or Heat where I left it on shutdown, when I use the remote start. Take it back and find out what Happened. Then let me know because I'll be next for the TSB.

ok,. That's my issue. It quit working after the upgrade, but of course engages where left immediately after push to start depressed.

OK, took truck back to dealer today, 30 Jun 2021. THEY "worked" on it for 3 hours, no dice. System ref remote not working when truck started. They R opening up a "STARR" case with FCA. They said, my truck was only one with this issue (I do not believe). SO I am at a standstill now. FWIW, the AC is better after the TSB work, vent temps from 46-50 depending upon how hot, and vehicle moving, how much air being pushed etc. But as far as REMOTE START and the AC/HEAT setting that U left on in truck when U turn off working, a NO GO.

Any idea what the temps were before the TSB? Driving out to a camping trip yesterday to South Bass Island, coldest the A/C got was 59 degrees F.

Depending upon temp and humidity: 57 degrees Center left, 53 Center right, 55 left door, right pax unknown.

Now I am at 46-49, depending upon vent. BUT I still have the failure to engage/turn on when REMOTE START now. But this may just be a problem
with my truck. Temps above with auto set at 63-66, a lil colder if I set to LO. But I do not run Max Air, not as efficient IMHO...

I hope, but somehow I see no resolution.

OK, FINAL UPDATE: It looks like with the sensors re-positioned, some added, new wiring etc, there is a change in the BCM. Upon doing the upgrade, HVAC etc, BCM flashed new software. With the "NEW" software, the function of the AC running full has been downgraded and no lights appear. The system will blow and go to cool truck, but maybe only 30%. Once U push the start button and take out of remote start system, fires up and the indicators light up.

SO, ne way, I drove/checked (2) 2021's. One was a Laramie and (1) was a Limited. These trucks were built since late 2020 with the upgrade. Guess what, both of those trucks do the same thing that my 2019 with the AC TSB now does. The new ones both run at only like 30% till remote system start is deactivated by pushing start button. SO looks like I am stuck with it unless FCA comes out with a "Flash" to upgrade that particular issue. Since this appears to the Mechanic and all others that is how the software is set up, no STAR case to be initiated since system now running as intended with TSB Upgrade and flashed software.

I AM happy with the upgrade ref AC operation, and PO ref remote start operation. Such is life.

Mine blows nearly full blast until I get in the truck and crank it, that's the only time it goes back to where it left off. My 2016 Lonestar was the same way. I took this as a normal thing.

Turkeybird56, thanks for the information... after the last trip to the dealer, (Different than the last dealer) the air blows out 55 to 59 degrees F. Useable for me and the XYL. If it get's worse I'll be taking it back....
