Hey all.
I have a 2019 2500 6.4 and I think the actuator is going bad as it’s stuck in 4x4 and the actuator just buzzes. I bought a new actuator but cannot get the damn plug off. i slide it back and tried to disconnect the plug but it will not budge. I could slide the red tab back as far as it would go and eventually the tab part just broke off. I think the tab is in the unlock position but I can’t get this plug off. Any suggestion?
