I can hear the actuator moving but it does not engage 4WD auto, 4WD low, or 4WD high. I did unplug the harness from the actuator and it was very clean and easy to take off, so plugged it back.

Have tried it all in Neutral, Drive, etc. Do you guys think I just need to get a new actuator?

Try disconnecting the battery to re-boot the vehicle? That’s about the limit of my electronics diagnosing/repair capability.

I had to replace mine on my 2019 limited. Real easy job and it's working great. The only thing is that it will be a little bit loud at first but once the fluid fills the actuator, (mine took a few days) it will quiet down.

Thanks for the heads up on the noise for the first few days. Did you add any oil after you put the new one back on?
