Just going to say it. The first iteration I am not a fan of. I applied it to my 2021 JT Gladiator back in October of last year. Did a full decon, clay, iron remover and DA polish. Paint was as perfect as I could get it on a 1 month old vehicle, completely free of bonded contaminants and perfectly polished. I applied the Adam's graphene coating, just like I've used other ceramic coatings. It went on and came off easily. No high spots, high gloss and very good hydrophobics. BUT, it sure did leave the paint not feeling slick. At all. In fact, its very grabby. Running your hand over it feels like there is zero protection at all. I've tried a few toppers as well, and while they add some slickness, it's no where near as slick as my other vehicles with ceramic coatings.

I will say the graphene coating has held up extremely well over the past 8 months. Still very hydrophobic. It's just extremely grabby. No slickness at all.

How does this "Advanced" coating compare?

I think it is even less slick than the original. I will try and post a pic of what their website shows. It compares the 2 coatings and the graphene spray coating.

The pic isn't good, but the advanced is a medium slickness according to Adam's with the graphene coating being the lowest and the graphene spray coating being the slickest of the 3

I used this same stuff on my Ram, Charger and Wifes Pacifica. Hands down excellent product. 10/10 I highly recommend it. Not only the protection, the way it sheds water, and the shine wow its awesome! We took the wifes Pacifica on a road trip. Minus some bugs, we ran through several rain storms and it looked as if it never saw rain. It makes my washing and detailing a breeze! Thank you Adams for such great products!

I'm not knocking it's ease of application, gloss or hydrophobics. Those are all fantastic. The coating is just not slick for me. The paint feels like it would if you washed some v1rgin paint with dawn dish soap. Squeaky clean grabby.

Here's my JT with the Adam's graphene after a 24 hour cure.
