Adding a nav unit to a 2018 Sport?

[Canadian GP]

It's getting hard to find a Sport or Night that I like with a nav unit in Canada. Is it possible to swap in a nav unit for the stock system?

Swap a 8.4 ra4 into your truck? Sure. Their are some big posts on how to do it and what parts you need.

You might be better off with an aftermarket head unit that has CarPlay or Android Auto. Maps on any smartphone are better than the factory NAV.

He could just swap in the 8.4 with carplay since has a 2018 it would be easy.

True but I think they are fairly expensive. OP, if you go this route make sure you get an 8.4 unit from Canada. Otherwise you may find some issues trying to use a US version up there.
