What media hub works best for radio 68331635Ax ??

Now that I unlocked my 2018 Non NAV radio in my 2017 need a media hub to complete my upgrade to Android Auto.

Do I also need an upgraded patch cable?

Radio works fine with Sirius XM and climate buttons but I cant bring up sw version from system information
