Adding fog light in tow hook location

I would like to add some fog lights to my RAM. I have the crome front bumper without the vertical cutouts for the factory lights. Does anyone know of a kit that's made to add fog lights to the cut out where the factory tow hooks would go?

2015 RAM 1500 Tradsman. I believe it has a crome exterior package on it so front and rear crome bumpers. Just no fog light cut outs.

If it doesn't have the plastic filler then it sounds like bumper swap time.

BOOM! That's what I was looking for. What brand are those? How much did they run you?

I bought a 4pack off ebay for like $30 or something try searching 4 pack of flush mount 3" LED pod lights. you may need to tweak the seach but itll get you what you need.

Essentially what i did was cut out the plastic shroud (just enough to insert the back of the LED POD through) and then drilled out the 4 holes for the flush mount got some longer bolts from the hardware store and drilled/ mounted them to the actual plastic tow hook shroud. I really should do a write up for this but i havent had time. It looks a lot better now that ive down the plasti-dip on the bumper. it looks a little janky before when the bolts were silver and the chrome bumper and the silver shroud. but now that everything is black it looks pretty good! I plan to peel the plasti dip off pretty soon and replace it with actual gloss black paint in the next month or so.
