Air Bags for 3500 SRW. How much more can it tow?

My 2016 3500 SRW has a GVWR of 11,700 and a towing capacity of 17,200. If I add air bags how much additional weight can it tow with a 5th wheel?

None. Air bags will help level your truck, but will not increase capacity. The capacity value takes many things into account, brakes, axle ratings, and others. You cannot increase capacity above what the truck is rated for, at least for a reasonable amount of money.

If you are at or over capacity, supporting the rear might make it feel better and inspires more confidence but overloaded is overloaded. Whether you do it by the book or send it anyway is up to you, I exceed my payload numbers all the time.
