I have an 09 ram 3500 that I just replaced all the blend door actuators. Now I'm only getting a/c on drivers and just heat on passenger. It has dual zone slider switch air control unit. Also the control unit seems to get confused as to where to direct the air. Does anyone have an idea? Is it the control unit or a blend door actuator? I really do not want to have to pull the dash out again. It was sooooo much fun!
