I have never seen a wheel leak air from this area, I’m not even sure how it is. The triangle shaped is a spray foam of some sort and inside the yellow circles is where it is leaking air from. Thank in advance for any help, I am lost on thisIMG_7019.jpegIMG_7018.jpeg

You might want to replace that rim ASAP,before it comes apart on the highway and tries to kill you

I had been dealing with a slow leak and finally pulled the tire off and seen this. It’s weird, I’m just trying to figure why and what would have caused this, as well as why do they use spray foam on the wheels?

They don't use spray foam on the wheel's,that's been somebodies attempt at fixing it.I'd guess that rim has been damaged at some point in it's life and repaired,if i was a guessing man, lol.Either way replace it asap before it comes apart

I agree, I’m just trying to figure what and why this would be happening. I had been dealing with a slow leak so I finally pulled the rim off for a closer look, but I didn’t expect this

The wheel(s) is/are cracked. How or why it happened is anybody’s guess. The “spray foam” might be tire sealer someone put in the tires oozing out of the cracks. +1 on replacing those wheels ASAP. Once they are cracked the can fail at any time at any speed. The result will be nearly total loss of control.

I am going to replace the wheels, but on the picture with the yellow circles all of that off colored triangle shaped stuff is all spray foam like substance. I just didn’t understand it and was trying to figure it out for my own knowledge.

Are those the clad wheels,if so maybe it's excess glue/foam from the cladding being glued on.
