Does the air suspension has to be set on the « tire jack » mode if the truck is lifted with the frame and the wheels hang up?

Yes, it is in the settings on the Uconnect screen. It turns off the air suspension and stops it from trying to level itself.

My truck has been to discount tire many times. Sometimes I remember to tell them to put it into tire jack mode sometimes I don't. I've never had an issue either way. Truck has 46k miles on it now.
