I've been emailing them for over a week to get my license code deactivated from my old computer. No one ever responds.

old thread but curious. I installed my ALFA APP onto my LAUNCHScan tool so all my software is in one place plus larger screen. Emailed INFO@ALFAOBD for instructions, was told to email them the registration request number which I did and now no reply for 2 weeks now. not very happy

I don't know if your reference to Alexey's email address is approximately what you used but I can tell you that not one email address in this entire thread is correct.
