Alignment of front bumper?

So I picked up a truck with a bent front bumper. I have straight bumper now, so can someone give me instruction on how to install it. I have all the bolts out and never seiezed. But there are a lot of adjustments to be made, and I really don,t know where to start. Thanks for any advice. Sorry its a 1996.

I always did it by eye, though it takes 2-4 people.
It works well if 2 hold it and one positions the bumper to center and height desired then snugs down a bolt on each side.
Have the holders let go and see if the bumper is centered and at the height you want - if not redo it - if good just tighten it down.
