Alpine system general advice

New 2020 1500 Big Horn owner here and trying to dig through the forum and figure out what the Alpine system is all about and the best way to upgrade speakers and plan for future upgrades, but I have a couple of questions..

Dash tweeters / Front door speakers - What are the stock front door speakers? Are they wired as components with the dash tweeters / crossover? Was curious about dropping some 6x9's in the door along with replacing the dash speakers.

What is the consensus on dash speakers now? I saw that some people were using the Kickers, then people were having luck with Infinity.

For future upgrades, is the DSR1 with an amp the best way to go? Or is there a better option now?

I just upgraded my alpine system, 6x9 Kenwoods in all 4 doors, and 3 JBL dash speakers. I went another route and bought a lc2i and wired up my amp and sub that way. So I am not family with the DSR1.

All in all, it really just Depends on how much money you want to spend lol.

Thanks! Just trying to learn how all of this is wired up at the moment, speaker configs, noise cancelling, factory amp, etc. etc. Will be a fun long-term project
