Amp steps

I went up to Quick_Shifters shop in PA to have my steps installed by a professional, extremely happy with the finished product. He removed the Tyger steps I had, good sturdy steps but didn’t like that they made my truck look “lower” & having him do the install was a no- brainer for me. The wiring looks factory & “good enough or should be okay” isn’t in his vocabulary!

Make sure they are down when you step out of the truck.

My buddy drives a Chevy with a 10" lift and his failed to pop out when he was exiting and did not notice. It's a big first step without them down to the concrete.

He removed them shortly after that.

I had the power running boards on my previous F-150, and knew I would have them on my Ram. My wife is vertically challenged, so they are really for her. But, I do like them myself. You just kind of walk right up into the cab of the truck.

You made the right choice taking it to @Quick_Shifter . He is a perfectionist and he knows these RAMs inside and out. I recommend him to anyone in his area or who is willing to take a road trip. It will be worth it!
