Yes and it will be because the air speed is moving slower, so the luke warm air doesn't cool down as quickly. :)
I tend to overthink things. I feel like I’m gonna grasp at every damn straw to avoid pulling the dash. Mainly because I don’t want to pay to have the ac recharged…. It’s like leaving the power on to fix an outlet to avoid resetting the damn router…..

I get it. I did the same thing for over a year before giving up and biting the bullet. I sure did enjoy my toasty ride to work this morning. Wish I'd have done it sooner.

I barely drive it. I have time to take it slow. I just don’t want too with all the other projects. Plus I have my project car in the way in my shop. Guess I’ll be painting it earlier than I wanted too. Chit

The Borescope would show you a bunch ...

Once you remove the Fan, i think that you will be able to easily see the face of the
Evaporator

So I did some poking around and started thinking. What if my ac evap core was ice cold like my ac was running full tilt all the time. The blower would have to blow past that to the heater core and make lukewarm air. I pulled the fuse for the ac clutch and now I have pretty decent heat. Got under and the ac clutch wasn’t engaged. So there’s no way for it to work at the moment. Ran out of time before an appt. So tomorrow I’ll put the fuse back in and see if it’s spinning with the ac button off. Wondering if that was my issue all along. Fingers crossed anyways. The only thing that gets me is I had real hot heat once just by messing with the temp, and both hoses are hot going to the hc. Gotta get some more miles on it to make sure there’s no more air bubbles.

Yea. I don’t want to deal with that, but I will if I have too. Just have to get my project car out of the way to get it inside. Hope not

Haven’t messed with it much, after flushing and back flushing it did seem to help, going to add inline filters to the coolant lines, and flush again. Takes a while to warm up but that may be the Napa thermostat. Going to put an oe back in this weekend. Still fluctuates alot
