Pro tip, their culture is different and they default to conflict avoidance. If you pester them they will likely acquiesce. The secret is persistence. Conversely, you will likely get faster resolution via PayPal.

According to droid hardware info mine is 2mb/64mb and running Android 6.01....

Got it set up pretty well with a different launcher/music player/igo/weather app etc.

Only real problem is the rear camera doesn't work in the unit, just in the mirror.

You need to wire the camera to the unit. It's wired to the mirror. Look around for 8.4 upgrade instructions that should tell you how to do it.

That is great news, sounds like you got a good one and a decent seller. Espony-Cargo actually isn't the Manufacturer, only another reseller of the system. It sounds like those based on the metric system will have less troubles.

I asked Espony-Cargo 3 times for the return address. Each time getting a deflecting response. I told them it has been removed, packaged up, ready to ship and I will not be removing it from said box.
I also opened a claim with PayPal, who were very helpful. It's a bummer it had to come to that. I actually like the system and think some people will have luck with it, but I was trying too hard to make mine work. Plus, I don't like being lied to and they can't fix that. I'm far more disgruntled with the seller than the product.

Everything else works fine....

Just the 24h clock in dash issue and front door open warning wrong way round on unit. Nothing to worry about.

I'd personally want the cameras flip flopped. I may actually buy that mirror to do just that. Anyone know the part number for the mirror?

If I can find the Feed to the mirror I will tap into it and have it output on the unit as well.
No big deal, still a big improvement on the factory setup....

Mines always worked fine, problem with reverse camera was my fault, I didn't wire it up properly.
My model has camera in mirror, cargo camera plugs into unit.
Only issues are 24h clock in dash and front door open warnings round the wrong way.

Indeed. The thing to realize is the stuff that wasn't working for me (other than the camera randomly stopped working) were mostly just inconveniences.

The units are very "cool" and with your option of apps there are so many ways to setup and use the unit to fit your needs and desires.

Please do tell how you got both cameras to work. I have a 2016 so no camera in the mirror but currently I have an aftermarket radio and a separate lead from the cargo cam ... thanks to the help of Mpgrimm2. I emailed 09-goodbid on ebay about the cargo cam and they said it wasn't supported.

As long as the camera has an RCA pigtail you should be all set. The unit has; backup cam, front cam, right cam, and DVR cam. Any of which you can manually pull up and view.

Got an email in the middle of the night offering "$60 refund" for my inconvenience. It is also going through PayPal claims now so the seller has until Feb 13th to respond to PayPal.

I think him and I are in the same boat.
We both had to make claims with PayPal (Done 3-4 days ago). PayPal is giving them 10 days to respond. If no resolution, PayPal will take over the refund.
Since making the claim, the seller has twice offered me small, partial refunds for the inconvenience; to which I've replied "No thank you". I would highly recommend a different seller.
