I have the Wade Star mirrors and that has helped a lot but I tend to only focus on them now and they are quite small compared to the factory mirrors overall. I see there are some systems available online to retrofit a blind spot sensor and light/siren to warn the driver but I don't know about reliability or ease of install. I would like to hide sensors between the bed and the cab or somewhere else without drilling any body panels. I have front and rear parking sensors, is there a way to easily tie in to those as an alternative? The warning light appears to mount in the a-pillar but again, I would prefer not to drill a hole in those, even though more easily replaceable.

Some kits are $100, others are $500. I have not done but a few minutes of research. This is one of the few things I wish my Ram had. ****** me off when I see a 10 year old Chrysler minivan go by with this system on it from the factory.

They're called mirrors.
Learn how to properly set them.
Learn how to use them.

^^^ what he said, learn to use your mirrors

A lot of the factory blind spot monitors don't warn the driver fast enough. If you changed lanes based on the warning indication in the mirror, my bumper would be in your driver's door.
