Anyone ever have this problem w/ their 12" uConnect5 ?

Started the truck today and the FM station I listen to was all staticky like I had no antenna reception. Tried a couple other local stations and it was the same thing. Then I noticed where it should show the station info and song playing, it now shows "unknown". Tried resetting the screen by pushing/holding the volume & tuning button, shut the truck off and restarted and checked for software updates. Nothing worked.....still have the problem. Anyone else ever get this?

Did a factory reset on the radio today and still no FM. Oddly enough AM seems to work. I guess it's time to bring it to my least favorite place.... the dealer.
