The instructions state that it either bolts to the header, or you must have it welded into the exhaust where you cut it. In the description however, it says it slips onto the exhaust pipe. I am wondering if, and hoping that I would be able to slip this onto the 3 inch pipe after the cat and clamp it down. Can anyone verify if this is true or not?
