Anyone have tan/black two tone leather seats?

Im going to order my katzkin leather seat covers, and would like to see a set of black outer/tan inner leather seats before I do. What i mean is black on the outside, tan where your back and butt make contact.
Here is my interior color for reference, and a pic of tan/black seats I found. It almost looks like too much tan. Thoughts?

Hear is a picture of my 2011 ST with tan/gray and black factory vinyl seats. I purchased used and it was a fleet order originally and had the odd combo of the two tone vinyl seats and deluxe door panels.

My dad has had a few Corvettes that came with the factory tan interior.

He chose to "break it up" here and there with a few simple mods.

In your truck I would go to a black armrest. Depending on how far you want to go, look into swapping out the upper glove box door for one that is black. And *really* custom would be replacing the padded inserts in the door panel with black.

Obviously this all costs $$$ on top of everything else, but if you want two-tone seats in a tan interior, Im not sure what other color I would make the second tone. Unless maybe you do tan outside and black center? (invert the color scheme you are looking at right now)

I just bought a console with a tan lid. Lol. But i will probably buy a dark grey lid off Ebay. This is the black center/tan outer rendition the katzkin guy sent me. Not sure im digging it.

Katzkin rep told me if i have logos installed, they dont bring the tan center up as high. Which i am liking even better. Less tan the better. But after looking at the picture of the truck i bought the console with the tan lid out of, Im definitely going to have to get a dark gray console lid. That tan lid is just too much. Im gonna keep my eye on ebay for s leather limited dark grey console lid. My mind is finally made up...so I think! Lol.

Whatever you do stay away from that creme color that comes in the Laramies,Longhorns,etc. That **** is damn near impossible to keep looking nice.

Yeah that laramie creme is a real light color. This is the tan Im going with.

Yeah that looks much better. You shouldn't have any problems keeping it clean.

The Laramie "cream" color...is that the color that matches the upper half of the interior (i.e. pull handles, headliner, etc)?

I think that was "alabaster" according to Katzkin. I was seriously considering the Barracuda leather with alabaster/java centers, but was worried I couldnt keep it clean. Glad I chose a different direction
