Anyone in Central NJ able to program tire diameter?

Hey all! Anyone on here able to program tire diameter on my 2012 1500? Called a couple of dealers and they want WAY too much for the work. I'd rather get a 55 series tire for my 20s instead of paying some stealership.

My understanding, and it is limited, the Rough Country tuner would accomplish this... if there were a couple of people local to me who needed this done, I would pick one up.

would a diablo I2 be able to do this for your year?

I found a guy locally who works at a dealer and does programming on side. He programmed the tire size for $30. He also tried adding the trailer brake controller but I’m not sure if he found the correct sales code... haven’t had a chance to test it.
