Am I going to have issues like some of you all with just the lc7i?
I have removed the 8 wires deleting anc.
I'm not running new speaker wire to anything, planning on tapping into factory.
Two 6.5 polk audio db 4ohm(front)
Two 6x9 polk audio db 4ohm(rear)
One 12" polk db dual4ohm(Box being built next Friday)
One kicker 600.5
Audiocontrol lc7i with gain controller.

Installed front-rear doors and power wire to the rear today. Everything sounds great so far for just a speaker swap

To remove door panels, 3 10mm bolts in each door,
To remove back seat, funny bolts are E14 socket, back bolt is 18mm.

Added a set of JBLgx302 3.5" today, wanted something to match up with the factory ohm load... and couldn't beat the price! They fit fine, just had to trim the mounting tab a tiny bit. Sound great, huge improvement over the stock pair. Not sure if it was just my truck but the factory speaker harness was a nightmare to unplug... anyone else have that issue? All the other speakers were just fine...idk.Screenshot_20190124-144607_Chrome.jpg Screenshot_20190124-144628_Chrome.jpg 20190124_134219.jpg

Factory dash speakers are 8ohm, those are going to be bright as heck and suck all the bass out of the doors.

Yep I wound up returning them and placing the stock speakers back and am happy with it.

You could have wired a 4 ohm resistor into the front dash speakers and that would have worked!
