Time to vent but also seeking help.
The heat in my truck is BAD, like I'll still be cold even after driving for 30+ minutes. Recently I noticed that the passenger just does not get hot at all. Okay either blend door or bad actuator, I can live without that for the time being. Now my driver side just barely gets lukewarm even when the coolant temp is hovering around 200. For a three year old truck, this really sucks. My 2003 and 2006 both had amazing heat and would blow hot even before it was fully warmed up. This truck does not even attempt to cough some heat until the temp gets around 190 which is just a cruel joke.
Does everyone experience this and just shrugs it off? Or am I going to need to tear apart the dash to fix a heater core? I felt the hoses right after driving, they were both just about as hot as the upper radiator hose so I'm at a loss.
