Back from the body shop

I was recently in a accident that had all front end damage, so everything from the bumper, gill, lights and driving lights had to be replaced. I got the truck back on Friday and right away the windshield washer indicator came even though its full and now the front turn signal drivers side is out, is that something the body shop can take care or do I have take it somewhere else to get diagnostic?

The body shop likely was paid by an insurance company
It is their job to fix any damage
If something is not right, they can let the insurance company know that they need to fix something that was not included in the original work order.
The insurance company will allow it to be fixed, as long as it is related to the accident

The level sensor for your washer fluid is probably dirty, or the accident stirred things up, did you use Rainx, the bulb is from the accident, take it back to body shop.

OR it could be upside down...I knew a body guy that put one in upside down and the car came back 3 different times (replaced the sensor twice) until the body shop manager looked at it and saw an arrow with up pointing down
