Backup camera from mirror to radio, and bluetooth skipping

I have a 2014 ram 3500 when I first bought the truck my backup camera would appear on the radio 8.4 uconnect. Then I updated my radio and now its only on the little mirror screen how can I switch it back to the radio? Also when I have my phone paired with Bluetooth most of the time the audio will skip like every 3-5 seconds making it almost impossible to listen to Bluetooth and I have tried 3 different phones all do the same thing. Has anyone found a fix for these?

When you updated your radio you updated it to something.What was it?It may not interface with your truck or one of your wires is not in the right place.Bring it back to whom ever upgraded your radio.

@Mpgrimm2 can tell you what's up with the camera. Not sure on Bluetooth but you could probably bypass the issue by plugging the phone in directly.

Is this a factory installed 2014 8.4" Ra4/Ra3 radio? (If not, what was the original radio & what's the new radio part #?)

What SW version is the 8.4 radio on now?

Is this a factory installed Backup cam?
Where did it display originally? (ie rearview mirror only?)

Did you install a backup camera ReRoute to get the mirror display on the radio? (If so, what did you get and from where?)

Do you also have a Cargo/Bed cam? (Factory installed?)
