I wouldn't get the bakflip only because if you get the Gator covers they are the exact same product only that the bakflip are rebranded from gator covers ... I saved liked $400 getting the gator cover ...

I have a BakFlip on my truck, it is a very well made product and still as good as new since buying it. This is my second one and if i ever did it again, it would be another BakFlip.

I had the fibermax and would not recommend it unless your vehicle stays covered. 3 years and the fiberglass was starting to flake. I waxed it and used fiberglass spray clean and wax on it. Switched to a truxedo sentry. Wish I had bought the x4 instead of the fibermax.

I've had the Revolver X4 on my truck for a couple years with no complaints. I have a brother in law that has the X4s and he loves it.

Quality wise the bakflips are great .... I just won't pay extra for the name ... knowing that bakflip just rebrands them and marks them up almost $300 for each model is why I say just go with the gator covers ...actually any of the covers that look like the bakflips for that matter because they are all the same quality wise

My FibreMax is almost 6 yrs old and still in great shape, rubbers, seals and facing. I couldn't be happier with the cost and lasting as well as it has. It will stay on the truck for another long time yet.

Most of the hinge seals on my MX4 are no longer connected to the sides in the cold, and now leaks like a SOAB.

If the seals have been fixed, I would buy another....but I would shop a bit first as its been years since I bought mine and would like to know what else is out there now.

I have a Bak Flip and while it’s been a decent cover, it leaks enough that I’m considering replacing it with a Diamondback HD.

My Bac-flip G2 is holding up well
It has not seen the harsh weather of New England & surrounding States

The only thing that i had to jury rig is the Pull wire to release the lock at the tailgate, those short screws should be a bit longer

Cheech I hear ya on the folding covers but there's no difference in price between the Bak Revolver X2 and Gators hard roll up equivalent.
