I nailed it down to the circuit that runs the radio, dash cluster.
I removed the radio, 6 disk player, thinking that might have been the drain cause the POS has a stuck disk and just keeps trying to load or unload. No love there.
I pulled the fuse and the drain stopped.
Pulled the fuse box and cleaned all the connectors under it, didn't see any corrosion.
I wouldn't care not using the circuit, but it appears the horn is on it.
Any suggestions on where to look?
Can't find a decent wire diagram to check individual wires.
Any help is appreciated.

I pulled the radio/disk player out completely, but the drain still happens.

IIRC that same circuit also has the cigarette lighter and power outlet on it as well. What year truck?

Do you have anything plugged into the cigarette lighter or any of the USB ports? I ran into problems with a customer's car that had a constant draw on the battery and eventually it would blow the fuse It turned out to be a cheap $2 gas station cig lighter USB charging adapter that was causing all the problems. Just something else for you to consider
