As title suggests....

Have to replace the stock Goodyear tires come around November. Will be retaining the stock 275/60r20 size.

Have been looking at the Cooper zeon ltz however the mixed reviews are questionable.

So, let's beat the horse. What do y'all run? Truck sees 99.9% highway crew cab 4x4. All season preferred, something that rides smooth but looks good. Lol the ever elusive. Off pavement will be deer camp and that's not bad by any means getting in and out.

I had the Cooper Discoverer STT's on my MegaCan and hated them. They wore weird, needed constant balancing and the traction sucked.

I swapped over to some Toyo AT II's and they were a great tire for highway driving, decent enough traction off-road and they wore really well. They aren't the cheapest option but they are good tires.

I'm running BFG KO2's now on the CC and I was surprised at how quiet they are given the tread pattern on them.

I hear good stuff about Toyo tires too. Also have been looking into the Falken wild peak AT. Some friends get good life on their heavy diesels.

LTX A/T2 Michelin's. I have had 2 sets and think they are the best , at least for my driving needs. Good traction, excellent wear, low noise and they look good. I did however, lose about 1-1.5 mpg after I installed them. Every now and then you can find them "on sale" at Discount or the Tire Rack or Sam's.

How did you lose mileage on that tire. It's touting low rolling resistance.

I had two sets of Nitto Terra Grapplers.... they were excellent. Lasted almost 90K miles also.

And the Michelins as mentioned above will last long as well.

Question... if you are getting new tires, why not go a little bit wider?

2nd for the Terra Grappler G2's Great all weather traction, noise isnt too bad under 70mph. The best part for last 65k warranty. Did I mention they look great!

They do work well in dry conditions and rain. However, do not run these in snow, they are terrible. I purchased my set (used, a little more than 1/2 tread left) when I bought my 2014. Compared with the Hankook Dynapro ATm tires I've used in the past (fantastic tires), and the Goodyear Duratrac that are pretty popular, these LTX units might as well be all-season tires in snowy conditions. There are better A/T tires that last just as long that have far better traction.

I have Cooper ATPs in stock 20" size and like them. Good tire for the money at Discount Tire. Had the Falken Rocky Mountain which are the same as Wild Peak only sold exclusively by DT on a Nissan Titan and hated them. The treadlife was horrible and after only about 20k miles they got scary in the rain. Maybe I just had a bad set but that was my experience. As far as the Coopers and mpg vs stock tires I really don't know but i doubt its much different. I don't keep up with that. I just fill the truck when it needs it and drive however I feel like driving with no regard for mpg's. Have also heard good things about the Cooper AT3.
