I have been searching this forum and the Internet and I can't seem to get a firm answer form anyone. I was wondering if anyone on here has some experience with a bed extender and a tonneau cover. I was looking to get the Truxedo Lo Pro QT and the AMP Research Bed X-Tender HD Max or HD Sport.

My main concern is if the bed extender will be able to change positions without hitting the rails for the tonneau cover. If anyone can share their experiences I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

I have the same bed extender but went with the Bakflip F1. Have no issues and love them both. I also bought the quick release mounts so I can take it off quickly with out having to mess with the cover. I can try and snap some pics if you want.
I bought both of the from the bak factory outlet who I believe are now vendors on here. The were top notch on service and price.

Thank you for your reply. I was looking at the Backflip products, but I am not sure if I like the way they fold up. I will have my cover rolled up most weekends when I am fishing so I can put my Jon boat in the bed, so currently I am leaning towards a soft one.

You should have no problem. The bed extender posts sit below the bed line. I love mine, makes it nice for extra long loads and flipping it keeps everything close to the back.
