Line-X. I just had mine done last week. Couldn't be happier. It was $450. Took about two hours twenty minutes. Lifetime warranty against anything other than you trying to peel it up with a shovel.

Any comments about the factory spray in bed liner?

I've got the factory bedliner in mine and it seems to be pretty well done. I removed the access paned from the tailgate and was pleasantly surprised to see that they hadn't locked it in place with the liner so they're at least paying some attention to detail. Time will tell if it holds up as well as the Line X I had in my 3rd Gen.

I have the factory liner in my '14 but I'm thinking hard about having a line-X shop spray over it. I've been extremely pleased with the Line-x on my two previous trucks in both quality/durability and the warranty.

I have the factory spray in liner, so far VERY pleased with it, extremly thick about 1/8th inch. plus if there are any problems it falls under Dodge to fix, after market spray ins are very good as well, line X is one of the best but using them can void your rust warranty, as they have to scuff the paint to apply it. If in the future you have any rust issues in the bed, dodge could blame the liner! Up to you, but I'm happy with the factory liner.

Line-X or Bedrug. It depends on your needs, but both are great. I have a BedRug, and love it.

The factory bedliner is not 1/8" thick (125 mils), it's about 70 mils thick. The warranty is only 3 years/36K miles, the Dodge dealer can't fix it if you have a problem (he will have to send it to LINE-X or other), and the factory bedliner is aromatic (will fade).

LINE-X is 125 mils on the floor, has a limited lifetime warranty that's valid nationwide, and if you get LINE-X Premium or Platinum, it won't fade.

Yours might be 70 mils thick, mine isn't, maybe over sprayed, and thicker than any of the three aftermarket spray ins I've ever had. Thought I would try the factory this time as I was custome ordering the truck. I'M EXTREMLY HAPPY WITH IT!!!! rust warranty is 3years/unlimited miles, and if you have rust issues in the bed of your truck after an aftermarket spray in liner, Ram will tell you it's NOT their problem.:buttkick:

Now Mattyhfd, no matter what I or Stage4 might say, it's up to you, if your not ordering the truck,I don't think factory is an option, you could buy it from the dealer but thier just gonna out source it any way. If thats the case Line X is probably the way to go.

LineX or Bedrug or both! If you get the bed rug and later on your bed starts getting rusty you can always scuff it and put a coat of chassis saver and then add linex. I have lineX because I haul a lot of dirt and rocks and manure. But I plan on getting the bed rug model that just covers the bed for camping and fishing. I only drive trucks and every truck I own will have LineX as it's first mod. Even if I didn't haul it is still great for life long protection against rust from elements and always looks good no matter what you move. Just helped a buddy move this weekend and he was going on and on about the liner and now it is about 4 years old and still looks like they sprayed it yesterday, apparently he must be living on a different planet because he never knew anything about linex. What can you say, I guess he is just a car guy.

^ Great idea. If I had Line-X, I'd still have a bed mat or BedRug mat on top. I run a rubber mat on top of my BedRug. Rubber mats are like having your truck bed lined with velcro.
