I have a 2005 dodge ram 1500 with the 5.7 in it and lately after shutting the truck off i get a single chirp/squeak it only happens sometimes but recently its been doing it more but still only sometimes. Belt is brand new pulleys have been checked and tensioner is doing its job i was told all looks good. Alternator is also new. Pulleys have been checked

Don't laugh. But take some stick deodorant and place it on the belt when it is running a couple of times to see if it will stop. When you stop your engine, the electrical components stop and don't freewheel which cause a chirp or squeak. An old mechanic friend told me to try this I laughed but it worked
