I have a 2011 5.7 and my battery light turned on Wednesday so I went to o’reillys to have it tested and they told me my battery was good but my alternator wasn’t. I went ahead and got a brand new one and installed it the same day. Battery light came back on yesterday which was Friday and I went over a pothole and everything started messing up my radio stopped working my ac went out and my headlights started flickering. I pulled over and my truck was idling rough so I turned it off and no longer turns on. I checked all the alternator wires every single wire I could see I checked to see if it was loose and I can’t find anything. There are no codes or anything loose and I no longer know what to check I’ll take all the advice I can thank you.

Welcome to the forum.
Use the search function and search for tipm; no start; battery test; and other similar notes. Lots to read here on the common issue.
A low power battery is often the cause. As is corrosion on the connections to the TIPM (fuse box). Also fuses and relays become loose or unseated. Push them all down.
Others will have some more ideas. Good luck.

Load test the battery with a toaster-style battery load tester like this $20 device from Harbour Freight.

The digital load testers used at most parts stores are prone to false positives.

My first comment is to never trust the kid behind the counter at a chain autoparts store to diagnose your vehicle! Some simple tests and checks could help narrow the issue down.
Stating the issue started right after hitting a pothole makes me think you had a loose connection or wiring, and the bump knocked it loose. You can double-check to see if the battery is dead (have you simply tried to jump start it?), and then see if the alternator is actually charging.
