whats the best scan tool you have found from personal experience.

I was a Vw/Audi tech for a while and was spoiled with ***-com, I bought a creader pro for my Jeep and it works great but I can’t live stream, get into abs, or trans with it on my 97 1500 5.2

What do you use and what’s the price point?

I have a little experience with VW and can tell you, you were extremely spoiled. Didn't have ***-COM but did have OBDEleven and that was amazing.

With these trucks, you're not going to have much in the way of ABS or trans. I myself use TorquePro for the majority of my live data on the truck. Special things like engine fuel sync are done with DRB3 or equivalent, snap on mt2500 for example. But those don't do much either

Hi I use snap on solus edge which covers eng trans abs Sri etc & shows live data & allows things like throttle body reset etc. Thanks Shaun

I dig the Torque app. Clear codes and customize data from the PCM is very cool.
