Looking for input on the best Tonneau Cover on a 1500 crew cab 5'7" bed

Need it to secure as I do go into some crazy neighborhoods

Thanks in advance for the input

I don't know about "best" but I'm VERY pleased with my BAK BakFlip G2. It's VERY secure and seems super solid. It was easy to install after watching a couple of YouTube videos before starting the job. Locks securely with the tailgate.

I'd say best is a matter of opinion.

Recently installed a BakFlip HD on my wife's Ram and was pretty impressed with the construction of it.

Like G2, when the tailgate is closed and locked the bed is as secure as it can be.

Advantage Hard Hat. Solid, simple, secure, american and 100% waterproof. Can't get any better than that.

The same as the other guys. I am using a BakFlip FiberMax.

Great seal and can hold up to 400 pounds on it.

I really like my Undercover. It's very light and secure and you have the option of a black textured or smooth painted to match finish.

I have the undercover lux se...a little expensive because I got it color matched, but worth every penny...lockable, strong, sleek, and water tight, nuff said.

I am thinking the one piece fibreglass (colour matching of coarse) tonneau has to be the most secure,

I had the ford branded undercover on my f150.
Colour matched.
Great cover aside from one thing. With the locks on the side, I found I could lift the middle of the cover up enough to open the tailgate.
I doubt, with the larger tailgate of a ram, that would be possible... But I went with the mopar tonneau this time.
It latches in the middle, to a footman loop on the tailgate.

Check out diamond back covers. You can haul on top, they are fully lockable and extremely versatile. If you want the best, it is definitely top 3 on the planet for tonneau's. No joke.

If security is your main concern, I'd recommend a RollNLock. It's the only retractable cover that locks on both sides of the bed AND it locks into the tailgate. However, their is a piece of hardware that must be installed on the tailgate that requires four screws to be drilled into the tailgate.

Anyone seen the YouTube on fold a cover elite G4 vs bak? I was a little disturbed when the guy was able to open the cover with a coat hanger.

I went fold-a-cover G4 for 2 reasons:
1. My uncle has had one for 8 years and no issues.
2. You can open the panel behind the cab without opening the hole cover. Locks and opens from there and the back as well.
