I have a Trifecta 2.0 Trifold tonneau on my 2010 Ram 2500. Anybody have any tips on how to store this, or stow it while I have a full load in the bed? I could try to put it in the backseat just not sure how it will fit. Somehow guys flip it against the cab window and it stays put. Looking for ideas.

This is precisely why I opted for a soft roll up cover for my 21. I had a tri-fold on my 11 which I liked but it was a pain to store it when I had it off, especially when you need to take it off unexpectedly. If you have some ratchet straps throw the cover on top of the stuff you have in the bed and strap it down. If you think youll be finding yourself in this type of situation often then you may want to consider a soft roll up. They look nearly identical to the tri-fold covers but the literally roll up to the cab and allows full bed access without removing the whole thing. Also, those covers that fold up to the window are designed to do that. They arent your typical tri-fold cover

I got a roll bar on my truck, and added a few straps to the cover

Now when its open, I can strap it in right to the rollbar

I’m in a condo so have similar storage issues, I’m able to store mine at work, but for me it’s rare to have to remove it for most things I might load.
If it’s big enough to have to remove, I will probably have to line up help to load, which gives me time to remove/store my tri-fold.
The soft roll up might be your best option, I have seen many members happy with their’s, you’ll have full use of the bed if you find yourself needing it frequently last minute.

Yeah soft roll is better for my use. I have seen guy lay the tonneau against the back window. Maybe they lash it in place. Or the backseat I guess unless I just bring it in. I have cats though that might try to use it for a scratching post.

Some models allow you to lock it in place in that upright position as a feature. Usually they'll have a strut to do so.
