Looking at going from 22” wheel with stock tires to Rebel 18” wheels with new BFG K02 275/70/18 10 ply on my 2019 Limited 1500 air ride. What you think?

I think it is a good idea, might ride a little stiffer, but a good tire choice. I prefer an 18" wheel over a 22", but again these are my opinions.

I love em. Have had 3 sets.
Two @ 275 60 20 and both sets got over 60k
One @ 286 65 20 and they ride a little stiff over the above stock size but they grip awesome in snow and look amazing. Low road noise compared to other A/Ts ive had.

I put LT275/65R20 BFG KO2 on my 2017 Laramie with air ride and while they served the purpose of a 10 ply for towing and looked great doing it, I would have done it differently I think. It definitely rode rougher and kind of ruined the nice air ride. They hold rocks more than i liked as well. But now I have a 2020 2500 Limited CTD without air ride so it's all good I guess lol. Pic for reference

I went with rebel knock off 18 and the bfg as well, really think this is the best combination budget versus look out there, but I prefer white labels out. I did go with 295, but also went with 10 ply. I'm not 100% sure the stiff ride is worth it over a more comfortable 4 ply, but I knew that going in. Sure does hold the road better then oem.

I like them on the half ton trucks. Wear out too fast on the heavier rigs. Probably the best all rounder for traction I've ever run.
