big mistake today

OK so.. I tried changing my headlight bulbs on my 2012 ram 1500 today and for some darn reason we messed up and tried to remove the headlight adjustment screw. I know monster of a mistake. Now after going to the shop to make sure that I didn't reck it, which we did, it won't adjust up or down as it was the screw in the top of the fender . Now my question that I am hoping everyone here can help me with after checking the net and no help is.... Do I need to now replace the whole headlight assembly or is there a way to fix the adjuster. Please and thank you if anyone can please help.

no need to remove any adjustment screws to change headlight bulbs. but the headlight assembly has to come out to change the bulbs.

Are you talking about the screw that is attached to the housing?
